2026 Rooted Vendor Application
“Rooted” celebrates the best of our local farmers and food producers with a farmers market-to-table cooking challenge, farmers market, Kids Kitchen, and demonstrations. Join us as part of our National Farmers Market Week celebration and experience the roots of local food, creativity, and community.
Location:
The Farmers Market takes place on Lake Street. (Downtown Medical Lake)
Dates:
Farmers Market: 9am-3pm
Rooted competition: 11am-1pm
Set up starts at 7:30am (set up complete NO LATER THAN 8:30)
Pricing:
10×10 Vendor Spaces are $45.
Food Truck Spaces are $45.
Tear down: Clean up starts at 1pm (7:30am set up and 4pm tear down/clean for special events).
Please note: Please note: If invited to be a vendor, you will be required to bring the following items: 10’x10’ pop-up tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, power, internet connection, and change. Re*Imagine Medical Lake does not provide power, and we are unable to make change.
1. Vendor spaces are LIMITED by total quantity and per category. Vendor applications will be approved, and vendor spaces assigned at the sole discretion of Re*Imagine Medical Lake and its partners. Repeat vendors in good standing receive first consideration. Vendors are encouraged to return their applications promptly for optimal consideration.
2. Vendors are 100% responsible for their vending or promotional operation including ALL applicable permits, insurance, and licenses (Food vendors, please provide copies with application and payment). To obtain a permit contact https://www.spokanecounty.org/570/Food-Establishment-Permits
3. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, chairs, water, and power (no power is available).
4. We ask that vendors promote the Medical Lake Farmers Market via social media and any other marketing streams available to them.
5. Vendors may retain 100% of their generated revenue.
6. Vendor fees are payable to Re*Imagine Medical Lake.
7. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
8. Vendor fees may be credited or refunded if the event is canceled by Re*Imagine Medical Lake. We are a rain-or-shine farmers market, and our policy is only to cancel if holding a market would put our vendors and customers safety in jeopardy.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our 2026 Rooted event.
The Medical Lake Farmers Market is a “maker’s market” offering handmade/handcrafted items. We support participants in the following categories: USDA meat, produce, flowers, eggs, baked goods, other food items, handmade/handcrafted items, kids booths, crafts, face painting, etc…
There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for first-time Farmers Market vendors (regardless of acceptance). Want to know if we are accepting vendors in your category before applying? Email us at [email protected].
*Please note, it is Re*Imagine Medical Lake’s policy not to allow the selling (or on-site usage) of any tobacco, alcohol, marijuana or CBD products at any of their sponsored events.
