2024 Christmas Market Vendor Application
We believe local markets bring neighbors together, boost the local economy, and bring food and product security to the community while shortening the supply chain. We are passionate about empowering the businesses of local growers and makers.
Location:
The Christmas Market takes place in Cela’s Creative Learning Academy parking lot (111 N. Lefevre St.)
Dates:
Saturday, December 14, 10am-4pm. Set up starts at 8am (set up complete NO LATER THAN 9:30), remove tear down.
Pricing:
10×10 Vendor Spaces are $25
Tear down: Clean up starts at 4pm.
Please note:
If invited to be a vendor, you will be required to bring the following items: 10’x10’ white pop-up tent and tent weights to requirements, tables, chairs, power, internet connection, change, more than one form of payment, and all other items necessary for the successful operation of your business. Re*Imagine Medical Lake does not provide power, internet, and we are unable to make change.
1. Vendor spaces are LIMITED by total quantity and per category. Vendor applications will be approved, and vendor spaces assigned at the sole discretion of Re*Imagine Medical Lake and its partners. Repeat vendors in good standing receive first consideration. Vendors are encouraged to return their applications promptly for optimal consideration.
2. Vendors are 100% responsible for their vending or promotional operation including ALL applicable permits, insurance, and licenses (Food vendors, please provide copies with application and payment).
3. We require that vendors promote the Medical Lake Christmas Market via social media and any other marketing streams available to them.
4. Vendors may retain 100% of their generated revenue.
5. Vendor fees are payable to Re*Imagine Medical Lake.
6. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
7. Vendors fees may be credited or refunded if the event is canceled by Re*Imagine Medical Lake. This is an outdoor winter market and as such, our policy is only to cancel if holding a market would put our vendor’s and customers’ safety in jeopardy. 2024 Re*Imagine Medical Lake Christmas Market Application
The Medical Lake Farmers Market is hosting an outdoor, small-town, *curated Christmas Market on Saturday, December 14 from 10am-4pm. Our market will feature local vendors offering their handmade and handcrafted items.
We are currently accepting applications from business owners with lots of Christmas cheer who sell handmade and handcrafted items. We are especially interested in featuring gift items and stocking stuffers.
*Curated: applications will be reviewed and approved by our market committee.
*Please note, it is Re*Imagine Medical Lake’s policy not to allow the selling (or on-site usage) of any tobacco, alcohol, marijuana or CBD products at any of their sponsored events.
